TechnoDaTTechnoDaT stands for "Technology Driven Design and Test". The project started in 2001 and finished by end of 2004. CISC was contributing 12 MY of research work in areas of Embedded Flash Memory Macro Modelling, Virtual Test Engineering and esablishing a frame work for a complete and comprehensive technology database.
