Markus Pistauer, CEO of CISC Semiconductor Design+Consulting GmbH, received within a ceremonial act on November 24th 2008 in Vienna from the Austrian Federal Minister for Economics and Labor, represented by Kommerzialrat Egon Blum, the Austrian State Award Consulting 2008 (Staatspreis Consulting 2008).

 

The project presented by CISC called "Extended Co-Simulation for Systems-in-Package Designs" was rated by the jury out of 24 projects as an outstanding project covering both (!) categories "Ingenieurconsulting" and "Unternehmensberatung und IT". The project was awared with the extraordinary "Interdisciplinary Award".
