CISC RFID Tag Emulator
The CISC RFID Tag Emulator is the first portable device which can emulate multiple real UHF RFID tags - in order to analyze, verify and optimize RFID system installations or individual RFID readers.
The CISC RFID Tag Emulator overcomes the restrictions of using standard RFID tags for the testing and development support of RFID applications and RFID readers. It allows full variation of tag parameters exceeding the tolerances usually available in RFID tag product lots. This results in extended testing to the limits of the standards that can never be setup in the characteristics of RFID tags due to the limitations in modification of parameters.
The CISC RFID Tag Emulator and its logging capabilities allow to have an insight into the tag for understanding on what is ongoing – also in mixed tag populations with standard RFID tags.
The CISC RFID Tag Emulator can emulate up to 4 RFID tags in real-time. In order to support tasks like RFID reader development and RFID system evaluation, it offers adjustable tag characteristics and extensive logging possibilities. The Tag Emulator can communicate wirelessly in the way ordinary RFID tags exchange data with RFID readers or directly connected to a reader via a 50Ohm cable.
