Senior Software Engineer

Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Software Engineer with a solid background in agile software development with great multi-tasking abilities to work on multiple assignments simultaneously. You will be working closely with a team of skilled software developers providing solutions in various projects either directly for our customers or for our development of products like COYERO.
Your Responsibilities
- Design of software concepts under consideration of safety and security aspects.
- Application development in languages like Kotlin and Java for various target platform including mobile devices and embedded systems.
- Development of services for cloud environments like AWS.
- Design and development of software test concepts.
- Support of our outsourcing partners.
- Contribution to new R&D activities within our international research projects.
Your Tech-Profile
- Excellent knowledge of Kotlin and Java is mandatory.
- Proficient with mobile application development.
- Good knowledge of the programming language Python.
- Knowledge of build tools like Maven and Gradle.
- Hands-on experience with frameworks like JPA/Hibernate and Spring.
- Nice to have – Experience with cloud orchestration, ideally with AWS.

- Balanced mixture of team worker and independent and flexible work style.
- Project execution on your own responsibility.
- Your satisfaction comes from providing solutions on a technical AND customer level.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory
- German communication skills are appreciated
Min. Experience Level: Five (5) years or more relevant experience.
Education Level: Bachelors or Masters degree in telematics, computer science, electronics, informatics.
