Join our team as a HEAD of RISC-V Engineering and take full technical and strategic ownership of scaling our RISC-V engineering business. In this key leadership position, you will combine deep technical expertise with entrepreneurial thinking, driving the development of a new service portfolio focused on modelling, simulation, and verification of complex RISC-V–based systems. Beyond engineering, you will actively shape market positioning, customer engagement, and long-term business growth.

Your Responsabilities

  • Build and lead out RISC-V Engineering & Service team, driving strategic growth .
  • Define and execute our technology vision and go-to-market strategy.  
  • Develop new business opportunities and engage customers and strategic partners with high-value engineering services.
  • Establish and lead methodologies and design services for modelling, simulation, verification and benchmarking.
  • Drive development of RISC-V based systems (Edge) SoCs with accelerators for automotive and industrial applications.
  • Guide teams and customers in advanced engineering practices and industry standards.
  • Contribute to national and European RISC-V initatives and research projects.

Your Personality Profile

  • MSc or PhD in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or related field).

  • 10+ years of experience in semiconductor, SoC, or advanced embedded system development

  • Recognized expertise in modelling, simulation, and verification of complex systems.

  • Deep architectural understanding of processors (ideally RISC-V), HW/SW co-design, and FPGA/ASIC development

  • Proven track record of building teams, winning business, and scaling technology-driven offerings
