JUNIOR PRODUCTION MANAGER
(f/m/d). - part time (20 hours/week)
Job Description
Working in our CISC internal Service Unit “PRODUCTION+LOGISTICS” you will closely work with CISC Business Units, Competence Units and other Service Units to Optimise the process from customer purchase order receipt to the final product delivery.
Your Responsabilities
- Production Planning: Appropriate production planning (including necessary stock levels) and production itself.
- Customer support: Responding to inquiries (products, delivery times prices, availability ).
- Quotation and order processing:
Entering and maintaining orders in our ERP-System (BMD),
Monitoring delivery dates. coordinating with production organising shipments.
Order tracking and informing customers.
Appropriate production planning (including stock levels ) and production itself. - Price and conditions maintenance.
Maintenance of prices and discounts in the system.
Creation and management of price lists in coordination with sales.
Implementation of price changes after approval by sales or Contoling. - Supplier management;
Interfacing with suppliers to maintain stock level prices and lead times.
Supplier selection and evaluation (QA and Cybersecurity). - Administrative and organisational tasks:
Coordination between sales, controlling and accounting,
Support for sales with customer information, documents, etc.
Preparation of evaluations, statistics and reports concerning production costs, delivery times, complains and supplier evaluation.
Your Professional Profile
- Completed commercial training (e.g. industrial cleark, office clerk, forwarding agent) or equivalent qualifications (high school diploma or higher),
- Profesional experience in customer service, order processing and international shipment including customs.
- Basic knowledge of production planning, logistics and procurement.
- Proficient in ERP systems ( ideally. BMD).
- Solid command of MS office. especially Excel (for evaluation,price lists statics )
- Strong understanding of commercial processes ( from quotation, invoicing, shipment and customs).
- Experience in communication with customers and internal departments.
- Multi-tasking abilties to work on multiple assigments simultaneously

Payment: This position is subject to the collective agreement for employes in trade and industry in information service and consulting, Independent from that to CISC,
