RFID XPLORER

Reader Performance Test

The CISC RFID Xplorer reader tester is based on a full configurable Tag Emulator that allows measurement of reader transmit power and the reader receiver sensitivity through variable backscatter strength. Furthermore, the Tag Emulator allows testing the reader’s behaviour in dependence of timing variations like BLF (Backscatter frequency) tolerance. The reader tester captures all reader settings and measures the reader receiver sensitivity in dependence of the transmit power in accordance to the RAIN RFID reader performance test description.

KEY BENEFITS

  • Measure reader receiver sensitivity in dependence of tag, system and application variations
  • Automated software verification
  • Automated regression testing
  • Testing reader´s behavior in dependence of timing variations
